- **About The Role**_

As our **Team Lead**, you’re more than a crew supervisor, you’re the linchpin of our job site success. You’ll ensure every project is completed to the highest standard, keep the team on task and on time, and make sure every customer walks away happy. You’ll also be the main link between the field and office, managing day-to-day execution while building a strong, capable team around you.

**What You’ll Be Responsible For**
- **Job Quality Assurance**_
- Final walkthroughs to ensure every detail meets company standards
- Real-time correction of any deficiencies
- Maintaining a clean, safe site, every time
- **Team Efficiency & Workflow**_
- Delegating based on strengths to meet 95% on-time completion
- Adjusting workflows to keep projects moving
- Leading a focused, accountable crew
- **Customer & Management Satisfaction**_
- Resolving any concerns within 24 hours
- Maintaining 4.8/5+ review ratings
- Representing the company with respect and professionalism
- **On-Site Leadership & Decision-Making**_
- Solving issues quickly and confidently
- Coaching team members for daily and long-term growth
- Keeping communication open with office and management
- **Administrative Accuracy**_
- Submitting all job documentation by end-of-day
- Ensuring no more than 1% of jobs require admin follow-up
- Updating tools like our CRM, internal app, and time/job tracking software accurately

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week

Additional pay:
