Job Title: Dispatcher (Warehouse Operations)
Million Deliveries Inc. (MDI) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Dispatcher (Warehouse Operations) to oversee our warehouse logistics operations in Moncton, NB. This role involves managing sorting, freight pickups, and dispatch for B2B and B2C customers, ensuring seamless delivery operations across the Atlantic market.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Greet Drivers: Welcome drivers as they arrive with packages and record reasons for any undelivered items.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, undelivered items, and reasons for non-delivery.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and other relevant personnel.
- Closing Procedures: Ensure all warehouse operations are properly closed off for the night.
- Preparation for Morning: Organize and prepare the warehouse for the next day's operations.
- Evening Reports: Generate and send detailed reports on the day's activities and driver routes using the Route4Me portal.
- Problem Resolution: Address any issues that arise during the evening shift and nd solutions promptly.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.
WHAT DO YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and other personnel.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in recording and reporting information.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with computer systems and software, including the Route4Me portal.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to drivers and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Safety Procedures: Understanding of safety guidelines and regulations relevant to warehouse operations.
