PocketHealth is a patient-centric platform that enables hospitals and clinics across North America to share imaging records digitally with patients, instantly and securely. Through our platform, we enable patients to be active and engaged participants in their own care, and take control of their care journey. In addition to image sharing, which is the heart of the PocketHealth platform, we’ve grown our core functionality to enable sharing between hospitals and physicians, as well as instant image retrieval and automated importing capability. PocketHealth is a unified image management solution for over 600 hospitals and clinics across North America. We believe that by placing patients at the center of the record release process, data moves more ethically, easily and securely throughout the care journey, and we’re looking for passionate individuals to help make this vision a reality for millions more patients across North America.
We’re looking for an intellectually curious, data-driven, and action-oriented individual to join our dynamic team. In this unique role, you’ll report directly to the Senior Manager, Strategy & Business Operations at PocketHealth. Working cross-functionally on key initiatives and critical analysis, you’ll have the opportunity to drive results through your work both on and in our rapidly-growing business.
**About You**:
- 4-5 years of experience working in a business operations or business analysis role.
- Proven experience with a data-driven mindset in ambiguous environments, including extensive experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. You’re able to cultivate and maintain effective relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, including senior leaders within a business.
- Experience juggling multiple tasks - across multiple stakeholders and competing deliverables - while managing to and delivering on a timeline.
- A growth mindset and comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous start-up environments.
**Nice to haves**:
- Experience with Salesforce
- Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or business operations.
- Experience with Looker or similar data visualization tools.
- Experience with SQL
**Outcomes**:
- Partner with cross-functional leaders and teams by supporting and driving key initiatives and organizational priorities.
- Build process and leverage technology to drive scalable growth in critical support functions of the business
- Deliver critical business insights through ongoing analytical support and ad hoc analysis.
- Develop, maintain, and improve management reporting to drive understanding of business performance and identify any issues or opportunities.
- Assist senior leadership with strategic planning through process facilitation, insights generation, and ongoing reporting and progress tracking.
- Own, manage, and support cross-functional projects and initiatives to address organizational priorities.
- Support Board-level communications and reporting.
