We are one of the largest healthcare clinics in Milton and rated among the top three on Google in massage therapy in Milton. Our clinic is open 7 days a week and there are two shifts from Monday to Sunday. The morning shift is from 9:30am to 2:30pm and the afternoon shift is from 2:30pm to 7:30pm. We are currently looking for a part-time receptionist to cover some afternoon shifts and some weekend shifts.

Position Overview and Responsibilities
- Communicate with our clients and staff in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule and confirm appointments using a professional booking system
- Provide general administrative support to the clinic staff
- Keep the clinic clean by doing light cleaning
- Manage laundry by washing, drying and folding bed sheets
- Provide training to new receptionist

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a receptionist preferred, but not required
- Strong work ethics and punctuality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- Strong organizational skills with attention to details
- Team player and excellent interpersonal skills
- Respectful and positive attitude
- Knowledge of massage therapy and acupuncture preferred, but no necessary
- Must be available to start on the week of October 14, 2024

We offer competitive pay based on experience.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
