Seeking a motivated and experienced individual to be part of our estimating team. If you are punctual, organized and have a keen eye for detail, this job is for you

**Responsibilities**:

- Obtain customer and vehicle information related to damage
- Take pictures, write an accurate appraisal and upload to the management system
- Follow insurance guidelines on all DRP estimates
- Source parts and obtain all relevant information for repairs
- Perform quality checks at various stages of the repair and update the customer throughout the process
- Inspect vehicle for quality of workmanship prior to delivery
- Finalize estimates and submit supplements if necessary, and balance file to match

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an estimating role preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in computer systems and software related to estimating systems (Mitchell, Qapter)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: $64,806.00-$70,000.00 per year
