NATURAL STONE TRADERS INC is looking to hire an Outside Sales Representative.

NST Stone is a manufacturer & supplier of high-quality Natural Stone Products for Landscaping.

As we continue to grow, Natural Stone Trades is looking for an Outside Sales Consultant/Rep who has experience selling & Promoting stone and landscaping material to mainly to Garden centers, and some exposure to home builders, contractors, landscapers and designers, and landscaping companies.

A strong hunter approach to sales with the ability to prospect and grow a book of new business.

- Ability to develop proposals and quotes based upon client needs, specifications, and product offerings.
- Minimum 4 years related experience with a proven track record in* _attaining and exceeding weekly and monthly sales goals._
- Has the discipline for customers been followed up in a timely manner?
- A true ambassador of the brand and has a positive attitude for developing long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Excellence time management skills and possess the ability to multi-task
- You will actively close sales, provide exceptional customer service and become an intricate part of our progressive team environment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales experience in Landscaping Industry.
- Must have current authorization to work in Canada.
- Previous sales training with closing experience.
- Self-motivated with outstanding customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn, be driven and be persistent.
- Well-groomed and charismatic with excellent communication skills.
- You have a history of creating trust, collaborating with others, and focusing on what really matters - the customer’s goals and objectives.

Reporting to the VP, the Outside Sales Representative is responsible for the territory sales of business products, providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships, and proactively seeking ways to showcase company products for sales growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3-4 years experience developing and managing a business territory in Landscaping or related industry.
- Proven sales growth/achievements with a strong enthusiasm to meet and exceed goals/targets.
- Excellent relationship-building skills to cultivate long-term relationships with customers.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Experience within the Landscaping or related industry is a must.
- Ability to manage multiple competing tasks.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- G Lic & Car a Must.

**Salary**:

- $45K - 70K +, car allowance. per year (based on experience).
