**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including cooks and food preparation personnel.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Train kitchen staff in food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation standards.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and order as necessary to maintain stock.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with sanitation guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of individuals.
- Familiarity with food handling regulations and best practices in a commercial kitchen setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and front-of-house staff.
- Passion for culinary arts with creativity in menu planning and presentation.
