**HOURS**:Up to 20 hours per week - Monday-Friday - Based on availability and need
**JOB SUMMARY**:
As a dishwasher you will support the kitchen team and ensure cleanliness is a priority. You will utilize speed and efficiency to
complete required tasks and will receive daily direction from the Chef. This position supports the strategic actions of the Multi
- Year Strategic Plan.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:

- As the Dishwasher, your responsibilities and duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Cleaning, sanitizing and organizing dishware and the kitchen space.
- Upholding the kitchen standards
- Contributing to the effectiveness of the kitchen team
- Other duties as assigned (may include basic food preparation, scaling, portioning etc.)

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**EXPERIENCE**:

- Previous experience as a dishwasher would be an asset

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES**:

- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take direction and receive feedback
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Problem solving skills

**CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT**:

- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check, including Vulnerable Sector Search
- Clear report from the Child Abuse Registry
- Respect In School certification or equivalent
- Review and comply with Divisional policies and guidelines
