We are currently looking for a team-oriented full-time **CNC Production Operator**to join ourteam on the afternoon shift. The afternoon shift operates on 4 10-hour shifts from 4:00pm - 2:00am, Monday - Thursday. Our afternoon shift includes a paid meal break and a $2.00/hour shift premium.

**What You’ll Do**
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts from CNC machines
- Monitor production runs to ensure machines are running smoothly
- Perform basic quality checks using gauges, calipers, and other measuring tools
- Clean and prepare finished parts to meet customer requirements
- Follow production procedures and maintain job traceability
- Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized
- Report any issues, defects, or concerns to the Supervisor immediately

**What You Bring**
- Previous manufacturing or machine shop experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in learning CNC machining
- Ability to read and follow basic instructions and safety procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
