**About us** Concept Millwork Corporation ("CMC") is a manufacturer of high-end, quality, solid wood stile and rail panel doors Our primary customers serve the U.S. commercial market. We are a growing, family-owned business with annual sales of approximately $10 million employing approximately 50 people. Our focus is on a quality product delivered with exceptional customer service. **Duties**: - Setup and operate 3 CNC machines, Biesse Rover 5 Axis Machine to produce Solid wood-based doors. Interpret and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and design specifications. - Verify Tooling and Program accuracy. - Maintenance of CNC equipment to ensure safe and efficient long-term performance. - Follow provided production schedules to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of materials to and from the WorkCentre. - Load & unload products on the machine using a crane. - Monitor the CNC machine during operation to ensure accuracy and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. - Adjust settings as needed to maintain product quality and adherence to specifications. - Inspect and measure finished pieces to ensure they meet the required dimensions, tolerances, and quality standards. - Communicate any issues, delays, or improvements to the production supervisor or manager. Qualifications: - 3 + years’ experience in Woodwork manufacturing industry; Experience operating CNC routers (or point to point machining centres) for high volume production of wood components. - Experience with Biesse CNC Machines an asset; - Experience with MS Office an asset; - Excellent Communication skills; - Ability to maintain and promote a positive attitude, teamwork and cooperation. - High attention to details is mandatory; - Ability to maintain the safety of yourself and others at all times through best practices on the production floor and in the workplace in general - Ability to change tools and read shop drawings - Strong math skills and basic troubleshooting **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $19.00-$25.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - Paid time off Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday - Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate: - London, ON N6E 2Z3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Secondary School (preferred) **Experience**: - CNC: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred) Licence/Certification: - Driving Licence (preferred) Shift availability: - Day Shift (preferred) Work Location: In person
