Z’gamok Construction LP (ZCLP) is recruiting a hard-working, self-motivated individual with a proven record of safety and reliability to fill the position of Construction Supervisor.

The Construction Supervisor is responsible for managing, coordinating and scheduling the day to day activities related to various construction projects.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope.
- Prioritizes tasks and scheduling based on changing business and environmental needs.
- Meets project budget by monitoring expenditures.
- Strengthens working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support contractual obligations.
- Identifies and provides recommendations to the General Manager and Operations Manager regarding opportunities to improve various projects.
- Meet operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews.
- Works with Procurement to order materials and equipment.
- Supervises, coordinates and schedules the activities of construction workers.
- Establish methods to meet deadlines, supervises and coordinates internal activities.
- Resolves work problems and recommends measures to improve productivity and project quality.
- Trains workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintains project administration in a correct and timely manner; including reports.
- Maintains a safe, secure, and health work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Class G License and clean drivers abstract
- Minimum 5 experience in Construction or Mining field with Supervisory experience.
- IHSA Basics of Supervising or Common Core for Front Line Supervisors Certificate
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent time management, with the ability to meet key deadlines
- Basic measurement and calculation skills
- Efficient record-keeping abilities
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills; strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to follow safe working procedures.
