**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- The mobile app Associate PM at Binance.US supports the app platform that will be used by millions of our users in US.
- The person in this role will be driving impact on the key metrics, triaging and executing on bugs and feature enhancement requests with mínimal supervision.
- Support product managers in creating and implementing product strategies to meet business goals.
- Manage the product development life cycle by collaborating with analytics, designers, programmers, engineers, and other team members.
- Analyze product data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement or new product development.
- Identify new opportunities by challenging existing viewpoints. All in the effort to help to build a better experience to our users.
- Own and keep a track of metrics and ensure that each feature impacts metrics in a positive way.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; for example, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration.
- Articulate in modern product management formates the requirements, and drive tradeoff discussions with engineers, architects, designers and business teams.
- A strong analytical capability of users’ needs via quantitative and qualitative feedback.
- Ability to construct clear-cut product requirements and technical documentations.
- Strong communication skills. Team player. People’s person.
- Understanding in crypto industry and digital currency exchange business is highly desirable.
- Prior 1-2 years of PM experience is a plus.
- Prior 1-2 years of software development experience is a plus.

**Experience**:

- Product Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Software development: 1 year (preferred)
