**Job Summary**

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Production Associate to join our team and help ensure that our pricing reflects our commitment to value and quality.

As a Retail Production Associate, you will play a vital role in the operations of our thrift store by following pricing guidelines, pricing incoming stock, and sorting clothing. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help us maintain a diverse and well-priced inventory that meets our customers' needs.

**Responsibilities**
- Follow established pricing guidelines to determine the appropriate prices for incoming stock.
- Sort incoming clothing donations based on type, condition, and demand, preparing them for display.
- Adhere to the schedule and assist in achieving the weekly production goals.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and clean production area.
- Provide excellent customer service when needed, answering questions about pricing and inventory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.40-$20.40 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
