At Montana’s we strive to own the BBQ & Bar space in Canada. Food is a huge part of our lives and we play favourites We LOVE anything and everything from the grill. We love our food to be authentically smoked, saucy, grilled, meaty, tender and delicious. Our team is authentic, carefree, down-to-earth, unpretentious, energetic and fun. As a Heart of House Associate you’re responsible for consistently and accurately producing our fire-grilled awesomeness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the infectious energy of our team.
- Prepare all food items to the highest standard following recipes and procedures.
- Anticipate and respond to the flow of orders to ensure timely completion of food items within

Montana’s standard for all Guests in the restaurant.
- Accurately complete all set up and closing procedures.
- Maintain product quality and presentation standards.
- Adhere to all safe food handling procedures and uphold food safety practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and health & safety standards of your area.
- Follow all operational policies and procedures.
- Follow Montana’s Q-Crew Look Book guidelines.
- Complete your online learning tests as required.

We’re Looking for These Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience as a Heart of House team member is strongly preferred.

What it Takes - Physical Requirements
- Constant standing/walking for the duration of shift on a hot cooking line.
- Occasional pushing, pulling and light lifting.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time

**Salary**: $15.50-$17.00 per hour

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evenings
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
