**Job Description**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Cafe Team Member to join our team. This role includes food preparation, customer service, and ensuring an excellent dining experience for our guests. A strong understanding of gluten-free and clean eating practices is essential to help guide customers with dietary needs.

**Responsibilities**:
Prepare and serve food and beverages following cafe recipes and dietary standards

Assist customers with menu selections, including dietary restrictions and allergen concerns

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment

Ensure food quality and presentation align with cafe standards

Handle transactions accurately and provide excellent customer service

Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak brunch hours

Assist with restocking and inventory management

Qualifications:
Experience in a cafe restaurant, or food service setting preferred

Knowledge of gluten-free, dairy-free, and clean eating practices

Passion for fresh, high-quality food and excellent customer service

Ability to work well in a team and under pressure

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
