**Responsibilities**:

- **A. Delivering Language Instruction**_:_ Conducting online classes in French, tailored to the proficiency levels of government employees.
- **B. Curriculum Alignment**_: _Utilizing your own learning materials, while aligning with the Programme de français langue seconde (PFL2) and the standards set by the Canada School of Public Service (CSPS)
- **C. Assessment and Evaluation**_: _Regularly assessing student progress through exercises, assignments, and formal evaluations, and providing constructive feedback.
- **D. Classroom Management**_: _Effectively managing the classroom environment to ensure a productive and respectful learning atmosphere. Developing lesson plans.
- **E. Progress Reporting**_:_ Preparing and submitting reports on student attendance, participation, and progress.
- **F. Professional Development**_: _Continuously updating teaching skills and knowledge, especially in areas related to bilingual education and online teaching methodologies.
- **G. Liaison with Academic Management**_: _Collaborating with advisors, program administrators, and management to ensure alignment of educational objectives and teaching schedules.

**Skills**:

- **A. Language Proficiency**_: _Fluency in either French and English, with a strong command of language structures, vocabulary, and pronunciation.

**B. Instructional Skills**: Strong ability to teach language concepts clearly and effectively, adapting to various learning styles and proficiency levels.

**C. Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using online teaching platforms, preferably Microsoft Teams, and various digital teaching tools.

**D. Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build rapport with adult learners, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.

**E. Innovative Teaching Methods**: Employing creative and innovative teaching methods to make language learning more engaging and effective for adult learners.

**F. Organizational Skills**: Capability to manage class schedules, prepare lesson plans, and maintain accurate records.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Preferably experience teaching federal employees; otherwise must be open to learning.
- Minimum of 3 years teaching experience.
- Fluent French
- Intermediate / Advanced English.

**Responsabilités**:
A. **Dispensation des cours de langue** : Conduire des cours en ligne en français, adaptés aux niveaux de compétence des employés du gouvernement.

B. **Alignement sur le programme** : Utiliser vos propres matériels d'apprentissage tout en vous alignant sur le Programme de français langue seconde (PFL2) et les normes établies par l'École de la fonction publique du Canada (EFPC).

C. **Évaluation et suivi** : Évaluer régulièrement les progrès des étudiants par le biais d'exercices, de devoirs et d'évaluations formelles, et fournir des commentaires constructifs.

D. **Gestion de classe** : Gérer efficacement l'environnement de classe pour assurer une atmosphère d'apprentissage productive et respectueuse.

E. **Rapport de progrès** : Préparer et soumettre des rapports sur la présence, la participation et les progrès des étudiants.
