**What you'll do**:
Performs routine duties in cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and baths under supervision of housekeeping supervisor. The Room attendant will promote a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly and should also able to address guest requests and problems.

**The responsibilities of this position include**:

- To thoroughly clean and supply all assigned guestrooms.
- To keep all linen storage areas neat and clean.
- To properly use and care for all equipment and tools used to perform duties.
- To report all maintenance deficiencies in rooms and surrounding areas.
- To properly communicate the status of all cleaned rooms to the Housekeeping Department.
- To participate in all special cleaning programs.
- To follow all job safety policies, and report any accidents and/or hazards.
- To respond promptly to all guest requests.
- To handle guest concerns, compliments and suggestions in a professional informed manner, using the LEARN process.
- All other job duties as assigned.

- Must posses excellent oral and written communication skills
- The ability to work well in a team environment required
- Experience working in Housekeeping is preferred
- Previous Hotel experience an asset
- Must be available to work weekdays and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
- **Part Time** applicants **must have weekend (Sat & Sun) availability**, with the ability to work up to 24 hrs/week (3 shifts)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24-40 per week

**Salary**: $21.52-$22.02 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Weekend availability
