Perform routine duties in cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and baths under the supervision of housekeeping supervisor. Promote a positive image of the property to guests; address guest requests and problems; and must be pleasant, honest, friendly.

**The responsibilities of this position include**:

- Thoroughly cleaning and supplying all assigned guestrooms.
- Keeping all linen storage areas neat and clean.
- Properly using and caring for all equipment and tools used to perform duties.
- Reporting all maintenance deficiencies in rooms and surrounding areas.
- Properly communicating the status of all cleaned rooms to the Housekeeping Department.
- Participating in all special cleaning programs.
- Following all job safety policies, and reporting any accidents and/or hazards.
- Responding promptly to all guest requests.
- Handling guest concerns, compliments and suggestions in a professional and informed manner, using the LEARN process.
- All other job duties as assigned.

**What you'll offer us**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- The ability to work well in a team environment required.
- Previous experience in Housekeeping preferred.
- Previous Hotel experience an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
- **Part Time** applicants **must have weekend (Sat & Sun) availability**, with the ability to work up to 24 hrs/week (3 shifts)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24-40 per week

**Salary**: $23.32-$23.82 per hour
