On-site Construction Administrator

**Position Overview**:
On-Site Construction Administrator will be overseeing the needs of all Construction Site Managers and supporting all stakeholders on the day-to-day tasks activities and provide high performance culture that emphasizes equality, empowerment, quality, goal attainment with core Witron values and health and safety.

**Primary Job Functions**:

- Provide construction administrative functions on site as needed
- Maintain office and first aid supplies & inventory as well as on site and online filing system.
- Inspect shipments, documents damages, defects or discrepancies and notifies the Site Managers.
- Handling of supply material
- Monitoring and sorting deliveries (BS, temperature ranges)
- Material issuance (screws, sensors, etc.)
- Checking and following up on the re-orders
- Annual check of assembly aids (when necessary)
- Annual check of ladders and Gufa5 (when necessary)
- Checking the supply carriages (screws, load-bearing rollers, fence, cross-over)
- Timely information to Site Managers if supply must be re-ordered.
- Organization and handing of return transport (defective drives, wrong components etc.)
- Monitoring and issuance of toolboxes/special tools
- Ensure a “Clean” system and inform subcontractors if necessary.
- Organization of removal /exchange of waste containers
- Organization of dispose of wood pallets (overseas)
- Keep system clean, dispose of smaller garbage heaps right away.
- Registration for Witron employees with construction company/customer

**Knowledge/Experience Required**:

- Able to speak and write English
- Computer knowledge and advanced proficiency within the Microsoft Office platforms (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) is required
- 1-3 years experience in a Administrator related role
- 1-2 years experience in a Constriction related role
- Good organization skills and creative for solutions
- Flexible when it comes to daily tasks
- Physically stable

**Qualifications**:

- No specific technical education required but preferred
- Minimum High School Diploma

**Scheduling**
- Monday
- Friday 8 hours per day
- From local area around site (East Gwillimbury)
- Able to start work ASAP.

**Pay Group**:
Salaried position

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
