At **Creative Woodcraft**, we’re looking for a **Cabinet Sales & Design Consultant** to lead clients through the design process, from first ideas to final layouts. You’ll be working on custom cabinetry for kitchens, bathrooms, offices, closets, and more—translating vision into beautifully built solutions.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Manage the end-to-end cabinetry sales and design process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and designers
- Conduct on-site layouts and final site measures
- Create detailed designs and quotes using **Cabinet Vision**:

- Guide clients through design options, materials, and pricing
- Ensure clear communication around scope, timelines, and expectations
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth production hand-off
- Stay current on design trends, materials, and industry practices
- Support continuous improvement and contribute to a positive team culture

**What You'll Bring to the Team**
- 3+ years of experience in cabinetry sales & design
- High proficiency in **Cabinet Vision** or similar design software
- Strong understanding of cabinetry construction and millwork materials
- Detail-oriented with a creative, solutions-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Tech-savvy and confident learning new software
- Passionate about customer service and design
- Accountable, dependable, and collaborative
- Bonus: Knowledge of lean principles or experience in manufacturing environments

**Base Salary Range is between**

$55,000 - $72,000 CAD. Additional commission is tied to profitability of jobs. This typically amounts to an additional 20-30% of base salary.

Pay: $55,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
