Seaside Paper Products is seeking to hire Junior Machine Operators to run our Flexo Press machine.

**The Junior Machine Operator is responsible to**:

- Read and understand specification sheets.
- Be able to set up a job on a machine.
- Be able to run a machine independently with little supervision.
- Be able to problem-solve production inconsistencies and make adjustments to a machine.

**You need to**:

- Proven Mechanical Aptitude. Please ensure your resume reflects your experience with tools and machines.
- Have experience running a machine (controlling speed, troubleshooting, quality control).
- Good with tools.
- Able to work and think quickly to keep up with machine speed.
- Be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Own vehicle is recommended as Transit is not reliably available to our location.

**The Shift**:

- This position will work from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm. No evening or overnight shifts.
- Alternating 3-day weekends off (Fri, Sat, Sun).
- Averages 80 over 2 weeks (one week work 3 days, the next week works 4 days).

**We offer**:

- Hourly rate of $20-21 to start. Increase after 3-month probation.
- Benefits after 3 months of probation.
- RRSP matching after 2 years of employment.
