Sword are recruiting for an experienced enthusiastic, outgoing and client focused _Operations Manager_ to join our Ontario team. The role will focus on operational delivery across multiple sites in Southern Ontario area. You will work closely with our operational support team to contribute to the success of the Sword brand in the region. Sword are a leading international provider of client focused event staffing solutions. We are passionate about delivering safe and secure events for our clients and their guests.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as an operational lead for a safe and secure event delivery across multiple sites and support the local operations team to ensure best international practices are achieved.
- Ensure Key account Client Satisfaction Levels are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines including achieving standards and metrics set by our Head office.
- Deal with local challenges by providing creative and practical solutions
- Work with our support team to develop a pipeline of talented individuals.
- Mentor, guide and support individual team members to enhance performance.
**Requirements**:
- Proven multi-year experience as an operational leader in the same or similar field. Policing or Military experience an advantage.
- Process and metrics driven and good IT skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Degree preferred but not essential
- Regular weekend and evening work will be required.
- A positive enthusiastic attitude who enjoys working with others
- The ability to be on your feet for extended hours to motivate and manage on site team members.
**Salary: $70,000**
