Senior Project Manager - Highways (Southern Ontario) Join to apply for the Senior Project Manager - Highways (Southern Ontario) role at AtkinsRéalis. Overview The Senior Project Manager - Highways will provide senior level technical direction, mentor and support junior to intermediate staff, contribute to management initiatives, and serve as a key contact with clients. Experience in a Project Management role with the Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO) is required. In addition, liaising with regulatory agencies, networking with other professionals and new business development. Your role Manage Highway Design projects in Ontario, leading a team of engineers, designers, other disciplines and consultants as required on a project basis to meet MTO requirements. Maintain project budgets, schedules, risk registers. Communications with project team, client staff and project stakeholders. Lead technical proposals for highway design pursuits and similar transportation engineering work. Ensure all deliverables meet client requirements and all applicable standards, codes and regulations. Maintain required quality system standards and procedures. Embrace and actively support behaviour‑based workplace health and safety policies. About You Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Registered as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng) in Ontario. Highway engineering knowledge and skills recognized by the Ministry of Transportation Ontario, sufficient for approval in MTO RAQS. Minimum 10 years' demonstrated experience in multidisciplinary highway planning and design projects, particularly with 400-series highways and interchanges. Minimum 3 years' demonstrated experience in multidisciplinary highway planning and design projects being recognized as Project Manager by MTO. Computer Skills – MS Office, AutoCAD, OpenRoads and other relevant industry-standard tools. Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
