**Job Summary**:
The General Labourer / Machine Operator is responsible for supporting the production process by assisting line operators in all phases of foam block cutting, including set-up, cutting, labeling, packing, and clean-up. This role ensures products meet quality standards, maintains production quotas, performs secondary tasks such as drilling, sawing, and gluing, and completes required documentation

**What you will do**:

- Assist the line operator in all phases of foam block cutting, from set-up to cutting, labeling, packing, and clean up.
- Ensure quality of product is up to established standards.
- Pack products according to specifications.
- Maintain production quotas.
- Various secondary work on drill, saws, gluing, etc.
- Complete paperwork as required.
- All other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications/ Skills/ Knowledge**:

- Minimum Grade 12 education
- Must be able to read tape measures, metric and imperial to 1/32”.
- Math proficiency including multiplication and division.
- Must be able to do heavy lifting.
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision and in a safe manner.
