**Job Title: Website Project Administrator**

**Reports To: Web Project Manager**

**Salary Range : 50,000 - 55,000**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Project Coordination & Support
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and tracking of website project milestones
- Maintain and update project plans, timelines, and task lists in Asana
- Coordinate with team to ensure timely completion of deliverables

2. Communication & Collaboration
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates and communication for internal teams
- Facilitate smooth collaboration between designers, developers, content writers, and account managers/sales reps
- Prepare and distribute meeting notes, summaries, and follow-ups

3. Technical Support & Administration
- Support the setup and configuration of DNS records
- Set up and manage technical systems such as chatbots, accessibility features, and Jotforms
- Coordinate testing and quality assurance tasks for cross-browser and mobile responsiveness

4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files, client information, and asset libraries
- Track progress reports and flag potential delays or bottlenecks
- Generate post-project documentation and performance summaries

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in a project support or web administration role
- Strong understanding of DNS management and domain configurations
- Familiarity with website builders such as DUDA, Wix, or Squarespace
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web structure
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Proficiency in Asana or similar project management tools

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a web design team
- Understanding of SEO basics and web performance metrics
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
