As a Maintenance Technician, you will be primarily working outdoors, visiting residential and commercial properties. You are relied upon to consistently deliver high quality service for our customer's pools, spas, and water features. It requires attention to detail, high level of fitness, motivation, and professionalism. There is the opportunity for advancement and wage growth.
No experience is required. We will provide on-the-job training and support. However, having some maintenance experience would be highly beneficial for this position.
**Essential functions**:
- Maintain appointed swimming pools, spas, and water features. This includes brushing, cleaning, vacuuming, testing & balancing of water chemistry.
- Troubleshoot & identify problems associated to swimming pools and spas. Includes equipment malfunction and chemistry irregularities.
- Involves analyzing and relaying pertinent information in a clear and concise manner and upholding the professional reputation of the company.
- Resolve problems with customers and employees in a diplomatic manner.
- Provide superior customer service. Monitor and respond appropriately and timely to all company and client inquiries.
- Drive and maintain a company vehicle in a respectful and orderly manner. Document job details /requirements using company mobile software
**Requirements**:
- Motivated, friendly, presentable, punctual, and hardworking
- Flexible and work independently
- Driver's license with good history
- No experience necessary
- Superior Customer Service: experience in dealing with customers, communicating information, and addressing their concerns and needs.
Job site locations are located throughout Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, North and West Vancouver.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
