- In this role, the Air Traffics Services Pseudo Pilot at CAE, you will play a crucial role in our simulator sessions by acting as a pilot to provide realistic and effective training scenarios for future air traffic controllers. Your contributions will help ensure that our students gain hands-on experience in a controlled and immersive environment.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Simulation Support:
- Operate aircraft simulations in accordance with the scenarios and instructions provided by the training team.- Interact with students to simulate real-world pilot behaviors and communication.- Provide realistic pilot inputs and responses to facilitate effective air traffic control training.

Communication and Documentation:
- Use precise aviation language to communicate effectively with students and instructors.- Document and report on simulation sessions, noting any issues or areas for improvement.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with instructors to tailor simulation scenarios that meet specific training objectives.

Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and French, with strong command of aviation terminology in both languages.- Proficiency in aviation language and procedures.- Experience or training in aviation is highly desirable.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Strong attention to detail and commitment to realism in simulation scenarios.- Previous experience in a simulation or training environment is a plus, but not required.- A passion for aviation and contributing to the development of future air traffic professionals.
