**Function summary**

Under the supervision of the Traffic Manager, we are hiring an Import Traffic & Logistics Coordinator.

**Responsibilities and main tasks**
- Work with Overseas Vendors and Internal staff to receive proper vendor documentation
- Reconcile Vendor Packing Slips to Import Purchase Orders
- Enter Shipments in Transit into Momentis
- Regulary Update Traffic Arrival Dates in Momentis
- Process Inventory Receivings
- Coordinate Loading Approvals
- Follow up with Vendors or other departments with any troubleshooting issues
- Support Traffic & Logistics team with daily tasks

**Context of Employment**
- Permanent Position
- Standard work week: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- Location: Ville Saint-Laurent
- Insurance benefits package after 3 months of service

**Required Education and Experience**
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a multi-company environment

**Knowledge, Technical Tools & Language**
- 1-2 years of experience in Momentis or similar ERP system
- Intermediate level in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Strong Typing Skills
- Good French (written and spoken)
- Good English (written and spoken)
