**Job Overview**:

We’re looking for a **Field Labourer**who’s mechanically inclined, reliable, and ready to support our operations with everything from prep to site deliveries.This role is ideal for someone is looking to progress to a trades role, enjoys variety in their day, working with tools, and supporting skilled tradespeople.

**Reports to**:General Foreman, Field Service**Shift**: 5x2, Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day**Safety Sensitive**:Yes
- drug & alcohol testing, physical demand fit testing, RCMP criminal record check and submission of 5-year provincial driving record will be requiredTravel: up to 25%**Relocation**:Not eligible for relocation**Key Job Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance
- Organize materials and prep jobs for shop and field work
- Maintain task and maintenance checklists to keep operations running smoothly
- Use hand tools and assist with basic assembly or fabrication tasks
- Move machinery, tools, and products to designated shop areas
- Prep parts for paint and assist with sandblasting and painting components
- Support Journeypeople welders, mechanics, and machinists
- Deliver parts and equipment to local mine sites as needed

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Completion of high school diploma
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a manufacturing or industrial environments
- Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
- Welding, grinding, or carpentry skills are a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A strong safety mindset and willingness to follow direction
