What you’ll be doing:
- Work closely with the in-house Paid Social Media Specialists, Paid Search Specialists to develop and implement digital media plans to drive business results- Lead programmatic strategies, programs, including targeting, and budget recommendations across platforms- For in-house campaigns, manage pacing, provide ongoing performance optimization in platforms- Manage external media agency and brief campaigns as required- Ensure performance dashboards, blocking charts, budget tracking sheets are kept up to date- Ensure campaign timelines, budgets are met- Be passionate about all things digital media and stay on top of the latest programmatic trends

Desired Skills & Experience:
- College or university degree in business, marketing, travel and tourism or a related field- 3+ years of programmatic trading experience on either the client or agency side- Good understanding of digital strategy, best practices, ad formats- Demonstrated experience with Demand Side Platforms (Google DV360) and Ad Servers (Google Campaign Manager)- Proven track record of improving campaign performance- Prior experience with audio streaming and video streaming campaigns an asset- Familiar with analytics tools (Google Analytics) and ability to pull reports across various platforms- Problem solver, ability to learn on your own or as part of a team
