**About Us**:
We are a growing company specializing in accounting services and financial management. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Bookkeeper** to join our team and support our day-to-day financial operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update general ledgers and financial records
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare GST/QST filings and payroll remittances
- Assist in preparing financial statements and year-end reports
- Handle invoicing, expense reports, and related bookkeeping duties
- Communicate with clients and ensure accuracy of financial data

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Canadian/Quebec tax rules is an asset
- Excellent communication skills (French and English)

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) **technicien(ne) comptable** fiable et minutieux(se) pour se joindre à notre équipe et soutenir nos opérations financières quotidiennes.

**Responsabilités principales**:

- Tenir à jour les grands livres et les registres comptables
- Faire les conciliations bancaires et des relevés de cartes de crédit
- Traiter les comptes fournisseurs et clients
- Préparer les déclarations de TPS/TVQ et les remises de paie
- Participer à la préparation des états financiers et des rapports de fin d’année
- Gérer la facturation, les rapports de dépenses et les tâches comptables connexes
- Communiquer avec les clients et assurer l’exactitude des données financières

**Qualifications**:

- Expérience confirmée en tant que technicien(ne) comptable ou dans un rôle similaire
- Maîtrise des logiciels comptables (ex. : QuickBooks, Sage, Excel)
- Grande rigueur et excellentes compétences organisationnelles
- Connaissance des règles fiscales canadiennes et québécoises (atout)
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication (français et anglais)
