Volunteer Opportunities - SENSES Concert
Date: November 29, 2025
Location: Orpheum Theatre, Vancouver
Cause: Supporting HeadsUpGuys, a men’s mental health initiative.
About the Event
SENSES is a one‑night immersive concert blending live orchestral music, scent design, visual storytelling, and mindfulness practices. Led by music therapist Dr. Alpha Woodward and featuring the Vancouver Metropolitan Orchestra, it’s designed to uplift, connect, and inspire.
Roles We’re Recruiting For
Poster & Flyer Promotion
- Distribute posters and flyers to cafés, shops, community boards, and other high‑traffic spots.
- Keep track of where materials have been placed.
- Be a friendly face and voice for the event out in the community.
Digital Marketing & Social Media Ads
- Create and run Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns.
- Help target the right audiences and shape creative content.
- Suggest ways to boost reach and engagement within budget.
Front-of-House Assistants
Welcome guests, scan tickets, assist with seating, and provide information to ensure everyone feels at home. Logistics & Setup Crew Support event setup and tear-down—including signage, decor, and layout—helping the space come to life.
