As a host or hostess, you are the first and last impression our guests will have and we want it to be amazing.

**Who We're Looking For**:
We are seeking a polite, well-dressed, and confident **Host/Hostess** who can speak fluent English and create a welcoming environment for every guest. You will play a key role in setting the tone for the entire dining experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Warmly greet all guests upon arrival and thank them sincerely as they leave.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists with confidence and professionalism.
- Answer guest questions about the menu, restaurant, and policies clearly and politely.
- Seat guests efficiently, balancing server sections and ensuring tables are clean before seating.
- Coordinate with waitstaff and management to maintain smooth front-of-house operations.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and welcoming front entrance, host desk, and washroom

checks.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with grace, and communicate any issues to management promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Must speak fluent and professional English to communicate with guests.
- Polite, well-groomed, and confident in dealing with guests in a busy restaurant setting.
- Must be punctual and presentable, wearing appropriate uniform and light makeup (for female

hosts).
- Able to multitask and remain composed during high-volume service.
- Previous hosting or customer service experience is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with reservation software or POS systems is a bonus.
