**Who We're Looking For**:
We're looking for reliable and hardworking **Bussers** to join our team. You'll play a vital role in keeping the dining area clean and welcoming while supporting waiters to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support waiters by clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure tables, chairs, floors, and surrounding areas remain clean and tidy throughout service.
- Help with water refills, bread service, and delivering items to guests when needed.
- Assist in polishing cutlery, glasses, and plates to maintain high presentation standards.
- Take out garbage and recycling as required and ensure all service areas are clean and

organized.
- Support with setup and closing duties including wiping menus and restocking supplies.
- Communicate and coordinate closely with the FOH and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.

**Requirements**:

- Must be energetic, punctual, and dependable.
- Able to move quickly and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically able to lift trays, bus tubs, and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience is a plus but not required. We train the right individuals.

**Uniform Policy**:
Bssers must wear a formal Black shirt, black trousers or jeans, and black non-slip shoes, or a Sultan Ahmet T-Shirt provided. Clothing with logos or markings is not permitted. Personal grooming and cleanliness are important.
