Guided by the needs of electrophysiologists and their patients, we have pioneered innovative technology advancements ranging from the first deflectable tip catheter to the LASSO circular mapping catheter, to today's most sophisticated three-dimensional cardiac mapping and navigation systems (CARTO 3 Mapping System). Extensive experience, consistent focus and advanced technology continues to make BW a global leader in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias.
Biosense Webster Inc. (BWI), a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Clinical Account Specialist to cover the Quebec - Territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Attainment of sales/market share objectives by demonstrating the ability to support and manage the defined territory in a thoughtful and strategic manner
Responsible for providing professional clinical support and in-depth product expertise to customers (primarily physicians) on the safe and effective use of our entire Biosense Webster portfolio, including our three-dimensional mapping system (CARTO 3), full suite of software offerings, diagnostic and ablation catheters, intra-cardiac echo (ICE) catheters and RF ablation generator.
Act as the main point of contact for all account management considerations at each hospital in the territory.
Execution of national/regional/local sales and marketing strategies and programs for Biosense Webster products.
Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills; specifically the ability to analyze sales trends, uncover important insights and translate into meaningful action plans to grow the business.
The individual must be an excellent collaborator, proactive, solution-oriented problem solver who demonstrates a strong sense of urgency
**Qualifications**:
Technical Qualification in Cardiovascular Technology, RN, PA-C, CNP and/or University Degree preferably in Science is required.
Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or as a Clinical Account Specialist in Medical Devices or other technical specialty, particularly Cardiac Electrophysiology is an asset.
Demonstrated a strong commercial mindset by working closely with Sales and RBM in advancing sales endeavors at their respective accounts (such as RFP process, NPI, successfully implementing marketing strategies). Demonstrated holistic account management skills.
Ability to travel up to 50% if necessary, which may include overnight travel as dictated by the customer and business needs. Flexibility to make travel plans on short notice.
As driving is an essential requirement of the role, a valid driver’s license and safe driving record as per Johnson & Johnson SAFE Fleet guidelines are required to operate company vehicle.
**Performance Track record**:
Demonstrate ability to mentor and field-train newly hired Clinical Associates, such as on new technology introduction (train the trainer), cardiac electrophysiology, intra-cardiac echo and case support best practices.
