THE OPPORTUNITY
Our positions offer the opportunity to work within a positive work environment, and competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience.
This position is a full-time position.
Hours of work are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- As the face of the firm, this position is responsible for the greeting of clients and ensuring they have a positive client service experience
- Answering phone calls, responding to the caller’s needs and transferring calls to the appropriate lawyer or assistant
- Coordinating mail and courier services - incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Managing the day-to-day activities of our reception area, including ensuring that the boardrooms and reception areas are kept tidy
- Managing boardroom calendars and placing lunch orders
- Processing payments by cheque, debit and/or credit
- Processing closed files, requesting interfiles and file retrievals, and arranging for off-site storage and pick up
- Occasional support to the administration team, as needed
- Other duties, as needed

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Highschool Diploma
- Minimum of 2 years administrative/reception experience preferred
