Handyman Technician

We are a restoration and renovation company serving the Greater Vancouver area. We’re looking for a reliable, skilled handyman with experience in interior repairs who is also interested in learning water damage mitigation.

**Responsibilities**:
Perform a variety of interior repairs and handyman tasks, including:

- Drywall installation and finishing
- Painting and touch-ups
- Baseboard and trim installation
- Flooring installation (laminate, vinyl, etc.)
- General carpentry and small repairs as needed
- Assist with demolition and preparation of job sites
- Learn water damage mitigation procedures (training provided)
- Set up and monitor drying equipment (training provided)
- Maintain clean, safe work areas
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients

**Qualifications**:

- Solid experience as a handyman or interior repair technician
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Willingness to learn water damage restoration processes
- Valid BC driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a professional, courteous attitude

**Schedule**:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional overtime required (evenings & weekends)

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
