Driver - Bilingual (French) Mobile Hearing Technician

**Description du poste**:
La division de tests auditifs mobiles de Workplace Médical Corp propose une carrière en tant que technicien(ne) audiométrique.
La personne sélectionnée recevra une formation pour opérer l'une de nos unités mobiles et effectuer des tests auditifs sur le site pour des entreprises dont les employés sont exposés à des niveaux de bruit dangereux au travail.
**Principales Responsabilités**:
- Effectuer des tests auditifs pour les employés de nos clients.
- Assurer le bon fonctionnement d'une unité mobile.
- Communiquer avec les clients.
- Activités administratives (planification, gestion des données, rapports, réunions, formation en bureau, etc.).
- Maintenir l'unité mobile et l'équipement associé en bon état de fonctionnement.
**Horaire**:
- Du lundi au vendredi.
- Fins de semaine au besoin.
- Déplacements tôt le matin, tard le soir, et nuitées.
**Exigences du poste**:
- Permis de conduire de classe G avec un dossier de conduite vierge.
- Solides compétences informatiques.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication.
- Minimum d’un an d’expérience en conduite de camion porteur.
**Atouts**:
- Expérience précédente de conduite de camions de taille moyenne (camion de livraison de 5 tonnes ou camion de 22 pieds) ou d'autobus scolaires.
- Expérience en administration ou en gestion.
**Expérience**:
- Conduite de camion : 1 an (requis).
- Service client : 2 ans (requis).
- Disponibilité pour voyager : 100 % (préférée).
**Lieu de travail**: Sur la route.

**Salaire**: 25,00$ - 30,00$/heure
**Connaissances, compétences et aptitudes**:
- Bilingue - parlé, lire et écrit en français.
- Capacité de conduire tout véhicule ou équipement nécessaire pour effectuer le travail.
- Capacité de communiquer verbalement et par écrit.
- Capacité de rédiger des rapports et de la correspondance simples (inspections préalables et postérieures aux trajets, rapports d'accidents, papiers quotidiens, etc.).
- Capacité de lire et de comprendre des instructions simples et de la correspondance (politiques et procédures de l'entreprise, etc.).
- Souci du détail et capacité à suivre des instructions écrites et verbales, ainsi qu'à résoudre des problèmes généraux.
- Capacité à travailler avec peu de supervision.
**Pourquoi l’anglais est requis**:
Ce poste implique des communications régulières avec des clients et partenaires hors Québec. La maîtrise de l’anglais est essentielle pour remplir ces responsabilités
**Bilingual Mobile Hearing Technician**
Workplace Medical Corp’s Mobile Hearing Testing division is offering a career as an audiometric technician/driver.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Conducting hearing tests for our client’s employees.
- Safe operation of one of our mobile units.
- Communication with our clients.
- Administrative activities (scheduling, data maintenance, reporting, in office meetings and training, etc.).
- Maintaining the mobile unit & associated equipment in good working order.
**Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday.
- Weekends as needed.
- Early mornings, late evenings, traveling and overnights.
**Job Requirements**:
- Class G driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong computer skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- At least 1 year of straight truck driver experience.
Preference will be given to applicants with the following qualifications:
- Previous experience driving a medium size truck (5-ton straight truck or 22 ft truck) or school bus.
- Previous administration or management experience.
- Previous customer relations experience.
**Experience**:
- Truck Driving: 1 year (required).
- Customer Service: 2 years (required).
- Willingness to travel: 100% (preferred).
- Work Location: On the road.
- Salary: $24.00 per hour
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:
- Bilingual - French speaking, reading, writing.
- Ability to operate any vehicle or equipment necessary to perform job.
- Ability to communicate in writing and verbally with others.
- Ability to write simple reports and correspondence such as pre
- and post-trip inspections, accident reports, daily paperwork, etc.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple correspondence and instructions such as company policies and procedures, etc.
- Detail oriented and able to follow written and/or verbal instructions and to solve general problems.
- Ability to work under limited supervision.
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
