**Position Overview**
We are looking for a **passionate and detail-oriented UAV Pilot** to join our growing team. This is a full-time role that goes beyond flying—our pilots are hands-on in the **manufacturing, assembly, and quality control (QC)** of our UAV systems, while also supporting UAV inspection services as required.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate UAVs safely and effectively for inspection projects.
- Participate in the **manufacturing and assembly** of UAV systems.
- Conduct **quality control checks** to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Assist with UAV testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to continuously improve systems.
- Support field deployments and service projects as needed.
**Qualifications**
- Prior UAV piloting experience (hobbyist or professional).
- Strong interest in UAV technology, robotics, or aviation.
- Technical/mechanical aptitude; comfortable with hands-on assembly work.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel for projects when required.
**Nice to Have**
- Knowledge of industrial inspection or robotics.
- Familiarity with regulatory UAV frameworks in Canada.
- Experience with troubleshooting electronics or mechatronics systems.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $3,500.00-$4,500.00 per month
