As a General Maintenance worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This is a vital role in maintaining a safe and functional environment for our employees and customers.

**Duties**:

- Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units
- Supervise and coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment using schematics, logic controllers, and other technical resources

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to supervise and coordinate external contractors
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees and vendors
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
- Experience in facilities maintenance is preferred
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
