We have an exciting opportunity in our Retail Sales Function on our Sales Strategy Team as Sales Operations Analyst. This role is based out of our Mississauga Head Office location (60% in-office, 40% remote) and reports to the National Revenue Growth Manager. The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for building and maintaining sales reporting tools and reports that support the cross-functional business teams in meeting their annual operating plan and fiscal year targets.

Specific accountabilities of this role:
Data System Integrity

Working cross-functionally with the sales team, ensuring the data systems are updated with the most recent costing, retail, cost-of-goods, and promotional data

Planning Process

Develop and build Sales reporting tools and reports that support the business teams in monthly and annual planning and forecasting.

Support the customer teams with the tactics and tools required to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) & strategic targets
- University Degree, business degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of CPG experience
- Effective analytical skills
- Effective experience with modelling (pricing)
- Effective ACNielsen tools and database capabilities
- Emerging interpersonal skills and ability to influence others to gain consensus
- Emerging knowledge of the S&OP process, supply chain operations and logistics is an asset
- Exceptional proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional proficiency in PowerBI
