Environmental Project Manager

Core6 Environmental has an immediate opening for an experienced Project Manager to join our Contaminated Lands team. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about the work they do, and want to grow their knowledge, and career. The individual in this role will work alongside some of the leading technical experts in the province to implement contaminated sites assessments, remediation, risk assessment and construction monitoring projects throughout British Columbia. Our experienced and diverse team provides a positive and supportive internal culture that will allow you to thrive in project performance and collaboration, while having fun doing so.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Registered professional in British Columbia or eligible for registration (e.g. PAg, PEng, PGeo, RPBio)
- Minimum of 7 years of environmental consulting experience related to contaminated sites, of which at least two was managing site investigation and/or remediation/risk assessment in British Columbia
- Experience with BC provincial and Canadian federal acts, regulations, and guidance
- Strong scientific report and proposal writing skills, with a high attention to detail
- Curiosity to learn and gain technical knowledge from your peers, and confident with sharing thoughts and ideas for continuous improvement for you, your team and clients
- Ability to communicate project goals, tasks, and risks in simple clear language
- Skilled at project planning to coordinate and implement field programs to meet project schedules and budgets
- Willing to travel, visit the sites you are managing, obtain hands on knowledge
- Ability to mentor and grow team members and celebrate their achievements
- Contribute to the growth of Core6 by supporting business development initiatives and fostering new and existing client relationships

**Salary**: $53,598.46-$95,700.63 per year
