**Allied Universal is seeking Security Guard -Concierge in Calgary, Alberta.**

**Job Title**:S**ecurity Guard -Concierge**

**Job Location**: Calgary, Alberta

**Job Type** : Full Time

**Payrate**: $ 19 per hour

**Schedule**: 0000- 0800

**Overview**:
**Requirements**:

- **Must have Residential Security experience**:

- Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Must have a valid** Alberta Security License**.
- Must have a valid Class 5 Driver's License and reliable transportation
- First Aid and CPR
- Ability to work alone for up to 12 hours.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
- Physically capable of climbing stairs, opening, and closing gates, and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 20 kilograms.
- Experience with access control systems, alarm monitoring, and CCTV.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform front desk customer service and handle administrative tasks.
- Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
- Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
- Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
- Support property management with any additional tasks as required.
