**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Patrolling construction sites, apartment buildings, and similar properties
- Monitoring for suspicious activity and responding appropriately
- Completing detailed incident and daily activity reports
- Ensuring all safety protocols and policies are followed
- Providing excellent customer service when interacting with tenants, contractors, and the public
- Responding to alarms and emergencies in a timely manner
- Maintaining a visible and professional presence at all times

**Requirements**:

- Valid Alberta Security Guard License
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays when required
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
- Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 48 per week
