**MRO Buyer/Inventory Analyst (Contract)**

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager the MRO Buyer/Inventory Analyst is responsible to procure MRO items to support the activities of WSL facilities and WUSA. Maintain and support the movement of intercompany production and finished goods materials

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Review and negotiate all corporate MRO categories
- Review requisitions for approvals
- Maintain all MRO purchasing planning information cost and quotes data on Visual and Purchase Requisition database. Maintain quote file on Visual for MRO items.
- Order and expedite MRO, Mantle Shop, and some Production items.
- Set up blanket orders for required items.
- RFQ’s of machinery & related equipment.
- Resolve MRO supplier issues. (E.g. invoices delivery, quality)
- Maintain the purchasing and dispensing procedures corporately for MRO items (e.g. office, health and safety supplies grinding wheels)
- Manage and control purchased service parts
- Maintain and control parts in WCUSA & NCUSA and transfer to the required facility.
- Manage and control parts in WUSA & NGZ for WSL & WUSA
- Maintain data to ensure smooth flow of inter-branch raw & WIP parts

**Education and Experience**:

- High School Diploma, GED, or 3-5 years relevant work experience
- Minimum 3 years purchasing; 2 years MRO Buying; 3 year inventory control
- Minimum 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment
- CPP Designation, or in progress, MRP
- Proficient in ERP or MRP System, Visual Manufacturing preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
