This position aims at providing drafting support to the design team and promoting continuous improvement in product manufacturing. Typical job responsibilities are as follows (but not limited to):

- Draft product models as per Neustar policies
- Update drawings & revision changes
- Process engineering change requests & custom parts requests
- Check drawings for inaccuracy and inconsistency
- Generate and document accurate bill of materials
- Create and update part nesting for plasma cutter
- Engineering data management
- Recommend product improvements
- Design/upgrade Jigs & Fixtures for production
- Analyze product flow in production floor and identify improvement opportunities
- Create/upgrade production documents (work procedures, training manuals etc.)
- Adhere to Neustar health and safety policy and promote a safety culture
- Other duties assigned by the management.

**Position Requirements**:

- A degree or diploma in drafting or manufacturing technology
- 1- to 2-years hands experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Experience using CAD software (SolidWorks)
- Experience using plasma nesting software is an asset
- A good team player & attention to details
- Good organizing capability
- Good communication skills
- Problem solves
