Account Coordinator/ Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage client expectations and maintain high levels of client service.
- Oversee and maintain client accounts, acting as a primary point of contact.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, including sales and marketing.
- Review and compose client correspondence, handling requests and addressing complaints effectively.
- Liaise with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and manage account budgets.
- Play a key role in the creation of promotional materials and preparation for events, thinking creatively to maximize impact.
- Utilize computer skills, including proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software, to maintain records and reports.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required; proficiency in Cantonese is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate advice and support for clients.
- Creative thinking capabilities for producing impactful promotional materials and event planning.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple client accounts seamlessly.
- Ability to explain products and concepts clearly and concisely to clients.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $42,000.00-$54,000.00 per year
