Division 7 Projects specializes in exterior finishing. We are looking to add a Site Foreman position to our growing team to complete exterior building envelope systems, siding, soffit/fascia, eavestrough and window/door installs. The Site Foreman operates as first in command and should have the ability to take on all exterior scopes of work, while effectively managing a crew of 2-6 people. Executing top quality work, efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience running commercial, multi-family and/or residential exterior construction sites. Other trade experience considered as well.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Strong knowledge of a variety of exterior product installation guidelines, including but not limited to James Hardie, Soffit/Fascia, ACM, Building Envelope Systems etc.
- Commitment to safe practices and standards (proof of safety training will be provided).

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
