**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant and provide them with menus.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover while ensuring guest comfort.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, taking reservations and providing information about the restaurant's offerings.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area, including waiting areas and host stand.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with grace, providing solutions when necessary to enhance their experience.
- Utilize the POS system for managing reservations and seating efficiently.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and customer service at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but can be learned on the job.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed by the restaurant's schedule.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
