Are you a warm, organized, and guest-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment? Nita Lake Lodge is seeking a Host to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. As the first friendly face our guests see, you'll play a key role in setting the tone for exceptional service in our restaurant and lounge.

About the Role

As a Host, you'll manage guest reservations and seating, support service flow, and contribute to an unforgettable dining experience with your upbeat energy and polished professionalism. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet all guests with a smile, eye contact, and warm hospitality
  • Manage reservations and seat guests thoughtfully to maintain service flow
  • Share daily specials and inquire about dietary needs or allergies
  • Support servers and server assistants to ensure smooth service
  • Maintain cleanliness of front-of-house areas, including sanitizing tables
  • Be knowledgeable about our food and bar menus
  • Answer phone inquiries and provide information about dining options
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

What You Bring:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Previous Food & Beverage experience is an asset, but not required
